Those were pre IPL days. Nowadays a player's stock in IPL falls if he isn't part of International cricket. 

 

Except for offcourse Thala.

I doubt so. Because Windies tracks are overly favorable for spinners. Seamers are going at almost 8.5 an over here. Spinners 7. All the other guys like Jaiswal, Rohit can cash in against them.
