Sooda
As long as their work Is not interfered with, this is a great move and in Gillespie especially the kind of coach India should have got. Good that it is two separate regimes, again something india should be doing Especially with JG being a paceman, could be very good for Pak cricket. Can't help but hope they screw it up. AuxiliA
Gillespie is a great coach for the pacers. Ishant Sharma praised him a lot for his revival in test cricket after his county stint under Gillespie. express bowling 1 Link to comment
Norman
Good for them. Meanwhile our chewtiyas have introduced queue system for the Indian Head coach job too that's only reserved for meek losers like Dravid and Laxman with outdated mentalities. raki05, Sgattick10, New guy and 1 other 2 1 1 Link to comment
Lone Wolf
PCB is extremely efficient when it comes to appointments... A cash stripped organization in a poor economy making best use of its resources Dravid Mhammbru Rathore are costliest coaching staff in the word raki05 and Sgattick10 1 1 Link to comment

Adamant
Gillespie can work magic with Shaheen, Shaheen is taller than Ishant and as fast as he was post 2015, if Shaheen can get to Ishant Sharma 2016 level that will help Pakistan in away matches Link to comment

Good chance of lasting until 2027. Had he got it before the 2023 World Cup, he wouldn't have lasted a year. Adamant 1 Link to comment

So reaching semis is not any achievement in cricket, it's not like football where so many good teams are there. tapandrun 1 Link to comment
Need4Speed
Hope Pakistani crush Indian team as PCB is doing a great job in ciaches selection as compared to oathetic BCCI Link to comment
Rightarmfast
Gillespie is a damn good coach. I find it sad that Indian management did not have the gumption to get him onboard. He can transform the Pakistani bowlers. I dont know what Mcgrath has done for MRF foundation, but I am biased towards Gillespie as being a better coach than Mcgrath. No organization can be so amateurish to pay a professional without defined KRA's. Whether online or in person, GIllespie will have to justify his role through numbers. Link to comment
