Though he doesn't score much, Rohidas is still our second best dragflicker behind Harman. If we get PCs and Harman is not on pitch (like it happened 2-3 times against Belgium), we have to rely on variations. This is where Jugraj's absence in squad can hurt, Jugraj  had the power but not accuracy in his drag flicks, still a threat, but honestly a poor and unclutch defender, so Sumit made the cut instead. Sanjay couldn't be dropped because after retirement of SV Sunil we needed someone with speedy runs on the wings. 

 

We managed despite Amit's absence today but very very very big loss. Our 3rd MVP behind Sreejesh and Harman. And at the peak of his powers. German TV umpire made the decision, now if Germans qualify to SF, who will benefit most, think about it @putrevus, that's why I said he isn't an idiot.

Axelsen was a huge favorite prematch. Lakshya's time will come in 2028 LA, he is world number 22 for a reason. I know rankings don't matter that much, but still #2 vs #22 speaks about a significant gap.

He didn't start the game like someone who lacked self belief. He made errors initially because of being aggressive. Couldn't close it out which can happen.

Self belief comes when you are behind .That guy never looked out when he was behind in both games.

 

Maybe I am reading it wrong .
