Pak has so many power centers (some perceived as Pak Mil calls the shot), it becomes difficult to implement an agreement with it. 
 

I won’t be surprised if Pak received backing with countries like China probably promising hypersonic weapons which our radars will struggle to pick up.

If China gives this to Pak, India gives nukes and Brahmos to Taiwan and Filipinos. Let's see how long China's bravado lasts in the South China sea. 

 

India can as easily destabilize them and China knows that.
