It works both ways. Defeatist approach doesn't take things forward. Plus you assume that this ceasefire will last.

Difficult to ignore the US. But they could have definitely taken a firm stance in the talks they had with them over the last 2-3 days. That would have been fine. Would have bought time (quite a lot of time possibly). 

 

Or they could tactically expected this interference since both nations are nuclear armed and gone much more aggressive. That could have been preferred. Short but decisive.

The “Hindu Nazi, Hail Modi” brigade unnecessarily attacked those who could see through the theatrics, not seeing this as a genuine action. 
 

For them, this was seen as an opportunity to hype BJP (not India) and market the token action as game changing. The kept clapping for theatrics, justifying Indian deaths as cost of war while living in la la land.
 

These guys are not nationalists (only seen as nationalists by their own party peddlers). For them BJP = India, others including neutrals, Muslims, etc,. are anti-India. Maybe they should be issued BJP passports and signed to be the cost of war.

Pathetic behaviour as usual from them, backed by the comfort of mob mentality.

It is amply clear at this point that the US is an enemy state. They control the IMF and have no qualms about sending Pak money when it is using it’s weaponry to hit Indian civilians.

Republican or Democrat makes no difference.

 

We should develop serious defence co operation with Russia and the EU. Perhaps mend ties with China best we can. 
 

Pakistan has to be sorted NOW. 
For the first time in my life I am seeing concrete action against Pak terror. The cost for Pak has to be like Operation Sindoor.

 

We should blast their navy right away. Destroy their remaining planes. Also hit Pak merchant shipping. 

Let them come begging for peace.
