Visuals will come. You have to be certain that Our forces will attack military targets as theirs have been attacked. Specially if they have been given free hand. Jaishankar speaking to Rubio was probably telling that its under control and threshold

in a full scale war.. if we carry out bombing campaigns on military or do an invasion then civilians WILL die as collateral damage.. that is War
