BacktoCricaddict Posted July 2 Posted July 2 (edited) Does there have to be only one guilty party here? They should both be held responsible. This is not either or. Also it says it's a central tribunal. That's not state government is it? Edited July 2 by BacktoCricaddict Lord and rollingstoned 2
kepler37b Posted July 2 Posted July 2 (edited) I hope this episode and of Allu arjun's fiasco be a strong lesson for our celebs and clubs and franchises. Please discourage centralized public celebrations. If they are inevitable for religious purpose, let the people know that they alone are responsible for any mishap. Our jantaa is still in the process of acquiring public discipline and even a police force of 1 Crore cannot control them. Edited July 2 by kepler37b Stan AF, sorak and coffee_rules 3

As our population increases, we will need to be more and more on top of crowd control. Whether it's celebration or religious festivals or any other large crowd gatherings. Such large numbers in a small area are impossible to control for anyone. There needs to be months of planning and analysis before giving permission for any events. Number 1

Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Pune etc all are heavily populated. Multiple times of load on the infra. B tier cities like Chandigarh, Jaipur, Nagpur, Vizag, Indore, Coimbatore, Bhubaneshwer etc needs to step up big time. Edited July 2 by singhvivek141 raki05, New guy and Nikhil_cric 1 2

Also it says it's a central tribunal. That's not state government is it? Prima facie - meaning — meaning "at first sight" or "on the face of it". In legal contexts, it refers to evidence that, when presented, is sufficient to prove a particular point or establish a fact unless effectively rebutted by other evidence. In essence, it's the initial evidence presented in a case that, if not contradicted, would be enough to support a claim BacktoCricaddict 1

Lord Posted July 2 Posted July 2 Should be stripped off the trophy and given to finalists On a serious, it was a hastily planned event and everyone involved needs to be booked However 3 died in Jagannath Puri stampede too. Nobody talking about that. Authorities should be booked there too and people need to be told to not come after a certain limit coffee_rules 1
cowboysfan Posted July 2 Posted July 2 i am not absolving RCB but this Tribunal seems very suspect, lets wait for the Courts. coffee_rules 1
AuxiliA Posted July 3 Posted July 3 The best solution is to declare RCB's IPL victory as null and void and award the trophy to Gujarat coz they have the biggest stadium. Lord 1
Gollum Posted July 3 Posted July 3 What they did was worse than CSK/RR's fixing. Franchise deserves to be banned for a couple of editions. Lord 1
urbestfriend Posted July 3 Posted July 3 Stop public celebration of any event in India. Unless this is some religious event and can be planned well ahead of time. We dont need any celebrations, we need more jobs so that jobless people dont go to this kind of useless celebrations

We have a country full of educated idjits & by that I mean post graduate level *ing idiots! At least in the USA or lot of other places in the world you could argue they're less educated or learned individuals driving the Darwinian slope, but India almost feels like a lost cause
