Popular Post Gollum Posted August 7, 2025 Popular Post Posted August 7, 2025 (edited) If you go through X, YT, there is a targetted smear campaign against Bumrah after the Oval win. In the name of praising Siraj/PK/Gill, the team, many are shitting on Bumrah in the vilest manner. Multiple YT channels running videos about Boom being jealous of Siraj (despite their mutual admiration), him underperforming deliberately, thinking he is bigger than the game etc. Even legends like Sunny G indirectly attacked him. Now reports of GG, Agarkar cracking the whip on him.....for what exactly, and what is their standing? Kaif released a clickbait video talking about Bumrah retiring from tests, many such ex-players, you might be seeing all that BS on your feed. I have seen MS fans go after Pant, Ro fans abuse Hardik....but the way Kohlitards are abusing Bumrah makes no sense....he has never competed with Kohli, in fact much of Kohli's test legacy owes thanks to guys like Boom and Shami.....even the T20 WC final knock of his was saved by Bumrah. Had we lost to Saffers, that would have received lot of abuse/mocking like KL's Nov 19 knock. The way Kohli spoke about Bumrah in the T20 WC win celebration, can't his fans pay heed to that? It is clear that Kohli takes pride in fast-tracking Bumrah in tests and backing all his quicks. Not good for his mental wellbeing. No fault of his here, bowled like a champ in a couple of innings at least, not bowlers' fault that we couldn't chase down 190 in Lord's...Headingley was a patta and even there batting collapsed twice. He has always put his body on the line for his country, we don't know to what extent it was damaged in BGT. He might be playing with lot of pain or under strict advice of doctors. When our people target Bumrah, Pant, Jaiswal even when they are performing well, I fully endorse @New guy's views that Indian cricket fans are phattus who don't like flair, aggression, unorthodox cricket etc. No wonder historically we have been minnows, seen as pushovers. And imagine praising Siraj and using that as an opportunity to denigrate Bumrah just because he missed that match. It is a disservice to both. Instead of being happy about a special win like normal human beings, they spread their hatred against one of the greatest matchwinners this country has produced. Gollum Posted August 7, 2025 Author Posted August 7, 2025 Things have gone so bad now that Sachin, Ashwin, Bhogle are having to chime in and defend Bumrah. I do hope more right thinking Indian fans support Bumrah, send their love/wishes etc. But it shouldn't even come down to this. Mosher and raki05 1 1
vvvslaxman Posted August 7, 2025 Posted August 7, 2025 Harsha even replied to one of the trolls lol But other fan clubs are trolling chokli fans.
express bowling Posted August 7, 2025 Posted August 7, 2025 This is immensely stupid. Everyone has the right to put forward critical views but harsh criticism of a champion pacer, who has picked 14 wickets in the 3 tests he has played and played the 4th test despite a calf injury, seems vendetta driven. cricspirit, raki05 and Mosher 1 2
Sgattick10 Posted August 7, 2025 Posted August 7, 2025 Yeah saw lot of negative tweets from Kohli fans on X not sure what the gripe is between bumrah and kohli fans.. They abuse Bumrah at any given opportunity. Pathetic retards
Tillu Posted August 7, 2025 Posted August 7, 2025 Bumrah is a star player in this team and the broadcasters would want to maximize the eyeballs through his presence. So him missing 1 or 2 matches every series is not sitting well with them and might have raised this issue with the BCCI. So I believe this is concerted effort by the BCCI to defame him if he doesn't fall in line with thier demands and as usual Gavaskar chamcha is their first line of attack against him. devisreeprasadmahesh and raki05 1 1
vvvslaxman Posted August 7, 2025 Posted August 7, 2025 They don't even care about India win. lol More about jacob bethell and RCBIan crying is their problem Tillu, wanted_desi, rollingstoned and 1 other 4
G_B_ Posted August 7, 2025 Posted August 7, 2025 I think the mature point to make was. Nobody is irreplaceable in Indian cricket be it Pant or Siraj or Bumrah. Not troll the best pace bowler India have every produced. express bowling 1
Lord Posted August 7, 2025 Posted August 7, 2025 Mostly Kohli fans. They are toxic about Jadeja, Gill too. Doubt Kohli doesn't know raki05, AuxiliA, cricspirit and 1 other 1 2 1

Lone Wolf Posted August 7, 2025 Posted August 7, 2025 Nothing compared to the online bullying Gill went through when he was given captaincy by Ro Ko fans... This has Chokli fans written all over it.. Hopefully GG has balls to end this Cancer once and for all. raki05 and vvvslaxman 1 1
Suhaan Posted August 7, 2025 Posted August 7, 2025 Siraj not playing wt20 24and CT25 only ensured India wins both He's a stupid bowler in shorter formats ,his strongest format is Tests, there too he blows more cold than hot raki05 and Stan AF 1 1
ShoonyaSifar Posted August 7, 2025 Posted August 7, 2025 Primarily triggered by fanbases of Rohit and Kohli with their fear mounting, for all right reasons, that their ODI retirement is imminent. Gambhir and Agarkar will be emboldened by the Eng series performance and will soon start sending signals. As the lunatic fanbase cannot attack Gambhir or Gill right now, these idiots have found an easy target in Bumrah raki05 1

Ultimate_Game Posted August 7, 2025 Posted August 7, 2025 It's so heartbreaking to see folks like Gavaskar taking shots at Bumrah despite him being our best bowler in the Tests he played. These same piece of shytes never uttered a word against likes of Kohli and Rohit despite them not performing for ages and costing us series home and away. Extremely disappointing that the MVP who's better than any batter we ever had is treated in this manner. And these same phuckers never said anything about Kohli picking and choosing his series, or Rohit conveniently opting out of away series entirely, and these to phucking it up when they did play. Yet silence from all and sundry including the same senile Gavaskar and other cronies. devisreeprasadmahesh, raki05, Gollum and 1 other 3 1
tapandrun Posted August 7, 2025 Posted August 7, 2025 (edited) Mutiple players have been using Pr and by extension the fan base to remain in the team or influence their selection. Kolhi, rohit, sanju, dhoni etc. Not following this episode but its a general trend now.Constant pressure frm Kolhi's and Rohit's pr and fanbase made sure that both were treated equally you can not drop one and leave other in the team. rohit used pr incase of his fallout with mi, he could have easily tweeted that he welcomes pandya as mi captain but he knew it was not just about captaincy but about an ipl contract and other major thing. Sanju's fanbase/pr constantly targets pant to influence saju's selection, think chetan sharma then head of selection committee also said something on similar lines. No one can criticize dhoni, even saying its a customary caught behind can have his pr and fanbase chasing .. Edited August 7, 2025 by tapandrun Ultimate_Game 1

Pant, Jaiswal and Bumrah have been the biggest victims of lack of PR and other players' PR agenda. BacktoCricaddict Posted August 7, 2025 Posted August 7, 2025 Bumrah should be the last one anyone should be targeting. He has been nothing but professional and high-achieving throughout his career. With his unique action, he tends to break down more often than other fast bowlers, but when he's on his game, there is no one like him. It is not his fault that bowlers like Siraj have been overshadowed unfairly by his successes. One can say Siraj is under-rated and praise him for his achievements without putting another guy down. Success is not a zero-sum game. express bowling, raki05, devisreeprasadmahesh and 1 other 1 2 1
