Its a issue between Bangladeshi Broadcasters and their Government. I think reliance or some other org which had broadcasting rights to PSL in India had to pay the money when GoI banned PSL. Bangladesh cricket league also gets paid by Indian Broadcasters. So either way, Its internal issue of Bangladesh with no impact to IPL raki05 1

All they had to do was to pass a directive to IPL teams in confidence not to pick any B'desh players and that's it. But this whole drama makes BCCI look as inept as PCB. I long for the days when likes of Srinivasan made mockery of likes of PCB and BCB day in and day out. The current lot are useless.
