Shown traits

Demoted Abhishek after a ton in Zimbabwe

When Vaibhav got his first IPL ton v GT , he gave him zero credit lol

He Will always protect himself before the team

This is just ICF rubbish propaganda.

He is an impactless white ball player, like Amla and Babar Azam. May have amazing stats but won't win you anything big. Terrible record in finals as well.

I see more promise in tests, but he has to become more resilient. Can't walk away after every small cramp or niggle.

So is Gill as old as Uncle Yadav?

The terrible levels of fitness and the weird head size on body would indicate so...

I doubt even at 30 you can't cramp like that. I don't think his body is flexible. It looks very stiff. May be wrong gym routines. Most of the elite players devote a lot of time in flexibility.  Gill probably has to try different type of work outs like football, tennis players do.

They need to pump with electrolytes 365 days a year.

Yea.. Batting job is the easiest job compared to say fast bowlers job in a Test. In ODIs it is even easier. How does Kohli run without any issues for years. May be he can learn from them. May be copy the routines they do. Rohit who is not even looking that fit had no issues like this. Pandya also has same issues. Over-training can lead to these issues. TOo much focus on 6 pack abs.

He is made of glass.  Most often, he starts getting cramps and rushes to pavilion (ICU, at times) after facing barely 50 balls.   Most of his knocks against top teams hv been impactless. As many hv pointed out, he is similar to Gobar Azam.

Everybody's body is different. It is up to the team physio/nutritionist to figure out what each individual needs and come up with a plan, which he must follow.

Just drinking more water a day or two before is inadequate.

Remember Pandya once pulled something while celebrating. Stiff muscles can lead to them. Overtraining can significantly increase the risk of injury. I had this pinched nerve due to over-training. It was excruciating for 15 days. six pack exercise won't help stabilzie spine. Also six pack obsession leads to severe depletion of electrolytes that lead nerve fatigue? Not sure the name of it. You get fatigued too soon. I do not think some of our guys don't have a balance in their routine. Fat guys have less nerve strain as they don't really do intense work out anyway. They just use it when needed. Given how rich these guys are they should be bale to get professional help outside the goddawful NCA

Iyer should be India's ODI captain as well. Based on merit, he has earned the role. As for Gill, I don't think he has done enough at the international level to justify an automatic place in the ODI XI.

Yesterday other than his cramping, I can’t find much fault with his batting. He didn’t buckle under pressure of chasing such a huge total.

Him not selecting Kuldeep and his cramping issues were the problem.

Did you see him bat during powerplay? Meek, happy to defend, no attempt to even rotate strike, forget  big hits. That when chasing 390 is called suicide.

There's only 3 months difference in the official birth dates between him and his sister. That's where these claims come from.

No those were fake. She is two years older

Why is gill being criticized? Lmao fix other 7-8 plays who aint doing jack arse shiiitt in this team. Lmao the less we talk about our fast bowlers who does not bowl fast , spinners who dont even spin the ball one degree and great all rounders who deny to do even one thing right in all three facets they supposed to do decent and our tail starts at no.5.
