maniac
The guy looks so assured in whatever he does bat or bowl...just doesn’t get all the hype like Pandya etc because doesn’t have the hoo haa styles and “attitude”. Goes about his cricket silently. Similar to Saha and Dhoni, but that’s a debate for another day. This is the type of cricketers we need....players adept in all departments...not “manufacturing” an allrounder. WC2011INDIA, karanrudra93, beetle and 4 others 7 Link to comment

rkt.india
it is his 6th year in international cricket and everyone has a different personality. Pandya is different and BK is different and both can be successful with their respective personalities. Same was said about Kohli once. sandeep 1 Link to comment
Cricketics
Bhuvi brings great balance to our Test and ODI side. I like how he puts price on his wicket. Thats the best part about his batting. maniac and beetle 2 Link to comment

kira
Disagree, pandya is a future superstar, it takes a lot of time for a player to develop. Jaddu was made fun of early on in his career but the management persisted with him and he returned the favor by becoming no. 1 bowler in the world. The team management sees great potential in pandya so he will be given a long rope and I am pretty sure he will become a great cricketer in a few years. King Tendulkar and sandeep 2 Link to comment

sandeep
Pandya outbowling Bhuvi today. Just goes to show you that posting reactionary garbage only serves to outline lack of "acumen". Link to comment

Batsmen's in-control percentage against both would also tell the story. Pandya should have had a wicket if not for a Parthiv-level drop. Anything else?? If you are going to be quick on the trigger with the criticism, then you should maintain the same reflexive attitude for a "good" performance, no? Link to comment

Dude are you seriously comparing Pandya and Bhuvi the bowlers based on this game? When someone does well you expect them to kick on, not regress. Pandyas knock in the first test was quality but the follow up to that was not only a letdown but a disaster. He is ok for odis though because at this stage he is bits and pieces at best.
