I remember during the 2012 WT20, skipper Mahela had an over rate suspension hanging over his head. Next match he sent a random Lankan player to the toss making him captain on paper, then he resumed captaincy role on the field. That wasn't against the rulebook, just a presence of mind to escape suspension in KO stage. Arjuna started this trend and it somewhat died out with Sanga's exit. But as a tribute to their rich legacy the next gen pulled off an epic face mask stunt in that Delhi test  making us lose the winning momentum.
