There were some pending resolutions that Pakistan wanted to discuss and hence Qureshi said some low level official would attend. Giving a lecture here is like preaching about returning stolen items in a den of thieves Also I do not like how Ind goes around trying to give lectures. People will listen to you if they think of you as a teacher. OIC: Organization of Islamic cooperation Name itself signifies what it's priorities are. No way are they ever going to stop supporting any Muslim country and/or terrorists.
