Call me a cynic but I don't think BJP/Yogi care about people like him, in fact his eventual beheading can give them some political mileage. Look at her proudly showing off her lastname . A lot of castes bury their dead, besides the wood that is used in cremation is the costliest part that poor can’t afford, not Brahmin pandits. The mob not only set fire to more than a dozen houses in the Mahadalit basti but also thrashed the watchman of the township to death. Police rushed to the spot and the fire was doused with the help of fire tenders. Another watchman Bharat Rai said that he was accompanied by another colleague Dinesh Rai on the spot. He said that there was a little bit of fight during the day, after which the administration came and explained to him and cooled the matter down, but at 11:30 p.m., a crowd of about 150 from nearby villages reached there. The crowd had gathered there from all three directions, east, north and south. Bharat Rai said everyone had a gallon of petrol in their hands. He said the case was of personal rivalry between Rizvi, Shakid and Ilyas. The rest of the people came with him only because he is a Muslim. The entire crowd had reached the village to help the Muslim community.
