Nonsense.

Who the hell wanted to drop Dhawan and Rohit?

Good. Now if it wasn't for the DRS decision and then the slow start first 10 overs against England and the Dhoni-Jadhav partnership at the end, we would've finished undefeated at the group stage.

BTW, has India ever topped the table of a WC?

Okay! The undefeated group stage. Now, I remember.

So, that's two consecutive WC's at the top of the table.

Man, to be honest, I really wanted India to beat England and then Australia in the finals. This last twist in the last game of the league means India vs New Zealand, which India can't take for granted for sure as anyone can win on the given day. It is by no means a walkover for India vs New Zealand. Can only play who's matched against India.

Anyway, India earned the top spot and deserve to play the #4 spot team.

Australia have never ever lost a WC semifinal

It doesn't matter. All records eventually fail at some point. Italy never used to lose to Spain in football but are now their whipping boys.

Some of us wanted Shankar and Dhoni out not the other two.

Wow, and you wanted Kedhar Jadhav in the team? Shankar is 10x better than Jadhav, trust me.

NZ has been losing match after match and is overdue for a bounce back win. Plus their bowling is very dangerous as they showed in the warm up game. Though they are the #4 team, they are capable of beating us. But let's hope for the best. If we could beat SA and Aus back to back, we can beat any opponent in the SF.

India will Underestimate NZ at its peril.

If india tries to act cheeky and weaken the batting by dropping DK - it will make it very vulnerable to New Zealand topping the day marginally.

NZ are extremely dangerous when they click

In cloudy conditions that are forecast for that day, if India loses the toss and is put in on a moist wicket- Trent Boult can run through our entire batting order like he did in the warm up match. Rohit sharma has nothing left in his tank after scoring such unprecedented big runs in the league phases
