Read the laws. In case its a front foot no ball and there is even an iota if doubt the benefit goes to the bowler. The 3 umpire clearly said its benefit of doubt. Also we might not see all frames.

For judging a no ball what part of the shoes are considered?

Is it the part which is in contact with the ground or the protruded back end of the shoes(its projection on the ground that is)?
