Teams were scoring 300 rather easily in Aus and conditions weren't that difficult to bat. Kohli is slightly better than Pujara in difficult batting conditions in current form, however Pujara can't score more than 50s on flat pitches on good days. Link to comment

Yep, made Rahul's stay at the crease much easier. Its almost as if the upcoming deliveries were going to be more difficult, Pujara would be facing them. One should count most of Rahul's runs as Pujara's. The 5 extras are also coz he created the pressure. Lets just conclude that Pujara scored a 30-40 here which is a respectable contribution especially on tougher tracks by hahahaha-ne's and hence current Indian standards.
