By sheer weight of numbers hard to look past Ashwin. Leading wicket taker and 5th highest run scorer. 3 5fers, 32 wickets at avg 14, 1 100, rare to see such numbers.

I'm paper its Ash. But I'd give it to Axar . He forced England to shelve the sweep with his pace and accuracy and contrary to popular opinion, English batsmen are good players of spin. Without acar, we may have lost this series.
