Born and raised in gujrat makes him a bonafide gujju.

Whats up with these cricket palyers getting all these good looking girls.

More than her looks it is her physique/figure that impresses me. Not an ounce of body fat.

Being sikh is his heritage and religion but he has ties to gujrat. He is a gujju in my book. Maybe a gujju sikh.

People don't see you in that way. By that logic children of Bollywood stars are Mahrashrtrians as they are born and bought up in Mumbai. Even Mukesh Ambani was bought up in Mumbai so he too qualifies as Maharashrian but for entire india he is Gujju

Note that Mumbai is cosmopolitan. People from all over go to Mumbai. Mumbai could have been the capital of Gujarat (Gujarat-Maharashtra split in 1960). Ideally, should have been made an UT (or its own state).

Not many people are bothered by domicile man people look for ancestry and lineage to somehow claim their own attach themselves with someone elses achievements.  mixed ancestry people in India often feel super wierded, India is pretty clannish/sectarian when it comes to ancestry at times pathetically so.

My feelings are different. If you are born and raised in a particular region feel free to practise whatever religion you wantto but speak the native language and immerse yourself in that culture. I am from Delhi and I have strong feelings about that place.

Of course. But you are talking about what bumrah probably thinks about himself not what others think about bumrah. Basically I am trying to regularise an other aspect about Indians as a pathetic trait, pls allow me I love it when I manage to do this. Indians like to pathetically somehow attach and cling on to any possible commonality with their celeb idols by what ever means so that they can claim some form of claim to fame, in this effort a causal fan might claim punjabiness of bumrah and claim he is Sikh and a punjab origin person even though he is settled in gujrat.  Now I can sleep easy.. cheers man
