if you do vaccination

you will be infected by COVID or these desi vaccines covexin or covishield are useless.

It's not desi, just AZ vaccine manufactured under collaboration(?) with SII the other Covaxin is the home brew.

What about those imbecile opposition politicians who sabotaged our vaccination program deliberately

That's where the central govt comes in does it not? You hear that annoying message when you call someone, well about this - Vaccine makes you greatly immune to Covid, take your shot today & help prevent deaths around you? You could easily make this or something similar play out on calls to supercharge the vaccination drive, but I bet no one thought of that

This is why I also said that 50% blame lies with our stupid *in population, we have half a billion doorknobs & another half a billion educated "illiterates" - the number of people actually believing in science & following it to a T is really really small

India is possibly the toughest nation to manage a pandemic. Most countries either have high total population and low population density (USA) or low total population and high population density (Japan). In both the cases it is relatively easier to manage a pandemic. India is a special case which has high total population and high population density, making it hard to control the infection rate.

That means the people of India need to keep their penis and vagina in check. Tharki nation, both guys and girls.

I kind of agree with your sentiments. Modi is accountable no matter what. However few basic facts. Its not arguable. Its facts

1. India can not priorities itself unless there is a problem. So now, and only now when we have evidence that we are suffering, World is agreeing for India to use its manufactured medicines and vaccines and will give some waiver.

2. Heath care is state subject. You do not expect king to go and battle each time there is a border skirmish. More then Centre, Its States Governments which have failed, Right from building bed capacity to oxygen production. They got the money, They did not use it. They were busy on brokering the commission percentage before giving tenders. Most states recieved 100% money and delivered around 10% of target. I will have to say Kudos to Modi for looking at inefficiencies of his general and diverting Industrial oxygen to states and importing it. Issue is still with Cylinders. But 99% of bed and oxygen crisis is because of State Government

3. Corona came as tsunami. Data till end of Mrach did not indicate any upsurge. What Modi missed is, what happens when you start vaccination. A lockdown will be needed (UK Experience). Why Modi is trying to avoid lockdown now, I do not know. Its very unlike Modi. He values Indian lives more than any PM I have seen in my life. Neither I think people in Govmnt advising hime are chewts. May be Govmnt knows something which smart ass icfers do not know.

4. Finally. No one is winner in Corona. Here we all blamed BoJo for allowing family of Six Christmas.Butin Hindsight, I think he BoJo did brilliant commendable job

A lockdown will harm the economy further already struggling due to the demonetization experiment.

Yes  those are issues its like government  failure to take decision

I will give example one of my relative marriage is planned it May (It was planned before but delayed hoping summer will make Covid less according information) and everyone I hear want to cancel it but won't talk to the family as they don't want to be responsible,  brides family is don't want take responsibly as it already delayed as they are already stress and there is already blame game with delay's previously  and probably it same in groom's family. Now if government bans marriages it will be simpler

Another one is person I know is working in small law firm. They owner claims they can't WFH due confidential data and now the boss is not coming to office but forcing employees to come  if they want salary  that to is very less,  now again here if government impose some law to stop it

There are many idiots I agree but sometimes things are forced and when the government with so many resources is struggling with decisions imagine how hard it for people talk that decision if  their jobs, lives are depended on it, calling of marriage might seem easy but its tough for someone to make that decision with so many things involved

You're talking about which state or city? Many states have already banned marriages, heck one of the people I know - district Collector, postponed his son's marriage less than a week from now. Pretty sure it could've gone ahead if he wanted to, in the other thread I've seen some police officers thinking they're bigger than the system which employs them

Kejriwal. There you have it.

"My dog ate my homework."

Kerji believes in populism without accountability.

He offers doles for support and then cries and whines and makes public appearances for funds and money. As a CM of a UT, he can afford to do that and then cry for help to centre.

What will he do if God forbid he ever comes to power in centre....beg for international help all the time.

He had my support early on ...but he has failed to live upto his promise. He is not as bad as his first term, but not really much else. He had so much potential and promise.

This is the replacement for Modi.

When everyone was claiming second wave is coming instead of adressing that.

Give vaccinations to Bangladesh.

Let s have elections.

Let us do Kumbh mela.

Let us not prepare for anything.

It is states fault.

My dog ate my homework.

That is where the central govt. needs to have a policy.

I agree there is an issue but in a democratic society all leaders play their vote banks. Unfortunate as it is this is how it goes.

Just like Modi and Kumbh mela.

And I still like Modi but he is falling short of the mandate he got.

If you are the head of your household, assuming you are, & screw something up (anything really) do you then go on & say to the others - you think the neighbor would've been a better dad than me? The buck stops at Modi, the head of the central govt, simple as that! You work in a private organization don't you, so you should know that by now?

Of course , it stops at Modi as he is head of the state. He is getting a lot of slack for that reason. Covaxin was approved before efficacy results, he gets a lot of opposition from all corners, people calling it BJP vaccine. In Telengana, my in-laws friends and neighbors all TRS people were advising door to door to not take BJP vaccines.

The second wave was not caused by him, but a collective effort, mainly it started in Inept MVA government. But in hindsight, we can all collectively say Govt didn’t do this or that. The vaccine drive 13 cr was done before the wave. We should stop bickering and help people out. Families are left to fend for themselves now

Shaadi pe paise kharch kar rahe ho to fine ke paise bhi do. Then the mela which sends a wrong message that all is well.

No prepration for the next wave. All points to a failure of central govt.

And not taking the responsibily by blaming states.

The buck never stops with BJP.

One thing is for sure. Eco system is fully charged. This is their 2002 moment to pounce on. The energy and the spite is real. They definitely recognize this as their best bet. Lets see if this narrative sticks.
