What prevents T20 cricket and Kabbadi from being a part of the Olympics

how will England play cricket in the Olympic? There is no Team GB cricket team- they attempted to make one for the football in 2012 but that was a farce. Also what about West Indies? Will they play separately like Jamaica, Barbados etc?

You’re most probably right, England might play as GBR and WI as separate countries like Jamaica, Antigua and Barbuda, etc

Disappointing indeed.  They could easily send a bunch of up and comers with an experienced guy as captain.

Only 4 rounds though.. Cricket will require at least 15 matches depending on no of teams.. Difficult for a non cricketing nation to arrange for that

It should be implemented similar to Hockey.

 

12 teams qualify for Olympics. 2 Groups. 2 Matches per day.

actually t20 would be very good for india. west indies, a major opponent will be broken down. only other team that can compete is england i believe and we should be able to take them on.

It might be in 2028, bet I bet Kohli, Dhawan and Hitman will want to play, hell Dhoni may even come out of retirement to play.
