It was horrible under Sridhar. Hopefully this guy fixes it but I doubt he has ideas beyond normal fielding drills

Kohli deserves every bit of criticism he gets ... Captaincy has a limited shelf life as Dada's captaincy itself has shown, so Dada very well understands that its time for a change. We dont have many domestic coaches below 50 yrs who can keep a check on Kohli and RD is probably the best to plan for the transition which is going to happen with the retirements of Rahane, Pujara , Shami, Ashwin and probably Kohli & Rohit
