A bowler has enough time to think it through to get a batsman out. Captains role is planning/calaculating about new ball and bowling changes and let bowlers have his field. I don't think BCCI can appoint new coaches without following the due process - advertisement followed by interviews done by the CAC. There have been no advertisements yet about the positions.
