Age my ass wipe. He is 33. His best years are ahead of him as a batsman. If he can channelise his disappointment he can become a monster. You don't become the best in the world at anything without a sound mind and phenomenal ability so he has the ingredients to make it to the top again.

He is past it. There is a thing called rich man syndrome. Once you get affected by it , then it's all over.

Even at his best he was lucky. I remember he was dropped 3 4 times in England back in 2018. 

He was dropped vs australia in 2014 multiple times off Johnson. He was tough and gritty.
