Ugh - Its that time of the year when there is No International cricket for next 2 months

Torture time awaits as the drama cricket starts this Saturday.  But the worst part is it will run for next two months and will be forced upon us.

 

For next 2 months no team India, red ball cricket, swing , seam, passion, emotion nothing.

Only Carbon Kamal sixes, Yes Bank Maximums and everything in the name of entertainment.

 

So real cricket fans - how much you gonna miss international cricket and how much you looking forward to June when it resumes?

 

Also how are you planning to spend time the next 2 months?

I used to but after they cancelled the 5th test last year my view changed.

2007 - the last time we won the T20 World Cup. One year before Ipl started. We have been getting embarrassed ever since. But the ipl cheerleaders on this forum have no shame.

They should squeeze more matches in less time. Like have more than just 2 double headers on the weekend so that we get to get all matches done.

2 months seems to be a bit of a drag TBH.

I am looking forward to it for at least 5-6 games...  Beyond that my interest usually drops. 

Such a pity SA will play a C team against BD.  Golden opportunity for BD though.

Two months is bit too long,they need to arrest the overkill for next seasons

Less venues will translate to slow low dull pitches which will get worse over the time

Weekends need to have 2 double headers

Btw, it is just a light hearted thread. Nothing wrong with IPL as a tourney but feel it is bit too long. 

 

Would I watch KKR takes on CSK on this saturday? Ofcourse I would.

 

Will I lose sleep over it thinking whole weel? Perhaps not
