Only issue now is hes missing too many games and hence team doesnt look settled. Dravid already worked with 6 captains

He is basically captaining 50% of the games while being all format captain. There in lies the issue

he won't play in crucial matches. gets strategically injured. can also get "injured" for WT20 and ODI WC

 I had to look it up and the answer is zero, he has never captained India in a test match in SENA.

He has just become a regular test batsman. At the age of 34. So don't expect too much there.  IN short formats he is definitely the best we have. Rest are crap.

Easier to maintain streaks with absences in between. Not sure if we would have not lost any game in the recent SA series if Rohit were there. That being said, a winning streak of any kind is anyday preferable to a losing streak, the horrors of which we witnessed in the IPL.

A good captain is worth 2 players and he has been batting with good intent. If any pitches that suit him most are Australian pitches
