Would be fun if Hazlewood Mankads Jos, and Wade backstabs him by appealing animatedly from the ot&er end.

Why didn’t Butler and Co appeal? This is blatant cheating

Commie was like Uh-oh!

The commentator was Adam (squash ball inside my batting gloves) Gilchrist.

Butler's reaction to this incident is far more intriguing, apparently he didn't want to stir the pot in keeping with the "spirit of the game". ROFL. Agar koi India, Pak, SL ya BD wala aisa karta,  then it would have been open season. They'd conveniently nominate a coloured player from within their ranks to issue an initial statement.

think it has something to do with the Deepti Dean thing having happened recently. He also had his say so became connected with the whole episode.

Spirit of the game shenanigans.  Since they've come out openly lecturing about spirit of the game during the mankad issue, they are forced to show themselves as the "good/fair" guys.

I say everyone should take advantage of this in the WC against Eng, non striker should stand halfway down the pitch even before ball is bowled, batsmen should rugby tackle bowlers if there is chance of a runout etc..

That whites get away with murder and they preach others about the spit of their he game. They define what’s good for Cricket  and others have to obediently follow

Why make this about race? Both England and Australia have different views on this. English culture and media are sticklers for 'spirit of the game', Australia play with a win at all cost mentality

i still dont understand his point. is he saying Buttler brought the game into disrepute by not appealing. that's a stretch!

It was totally related to what Butler had said about Deepti Sharma issue. By not appealing, they kind got away with it, basically double standards wagaira wagaira

Deepti has copped a lot of abuse from Brits  as well and some were even racist.

So Butler did not appeal not due to him being sportive but he had other motives. If you don't cheat you are not an Aussie cricketer, Wade again proved it.
