I think it will be between England & India. Few weeks ago i would have said Australia & South Africa but not anymore & NZ too won't be good enough team to win worldcup.

If Netherland and Scotland/Zimbabwe qualify to Group 2, It will be dog fight between Ind,SA and Pak

 

Considering Ind Vs Pak match gets washed out then SA will probably qualifiy for the Semis as they just need to win one game either against Ind or Pak. But If SA loses both matches They will be kicked out.

 

So from Pak and Ind, the team that loses to SA will lose the Semi final spot. 

 

But Interestingly SA has poor head to head record in T20 WC against both sides.

 

Pakistan Vs SA T20 WC head to head

Pak 3 SA 0

 

India Vs SA T20 WC head to head 

Ind 4 SA 1

Well obviously icc did check out for head to head records and all before planning our group. They want India & Pak both to qualify for knockouts & mostly india anyhow knowing our record against NZ they had to swap them in other group with SA.

I have a question about India's score against Pakistan.. should it be 161 or 164?  I know NRR is negligible there. But just curious why it says only 161. It was certainly a 4
