Does India need minimum two PROPER Punjabi players in the squad to win a World Cup?

Yuvi Bhajji Kohli Raina Gauti & our clutch performers were Punjab/Delhi belt in 2011.  Different mindset perhaps.   Kapil Dev Madan Lal in 83...  I maybe missing a few others. 

 

Replace it with Gill Abhishek Sharma (open +bowler)  Pant Kohli Umran Arshdeep...  Tilak verma from South & fill in the rest. 

Shaw as Tendulkar from Mumbai. 

 

Yuvi as BCCI president...  Sehwag secretary.  You got a ICC trophy in the bag. 

 

 

 

raina is from JK. Rauf born in punjab and speaks fluent punjabi, can't speak pashto but has roots in SWAT

 

 

since wc over and time for trolling.. here's some good players of punjabi origin from reddit

Kapil Dev (played for Haryana but parents are both from Punjab)
Gambhir
Kohli
Dhawan( dad has roots inPunjab and Dhawan tries to act Punjabi, maybe get 1/2 a point)
Bumrah ( born in Gujarat but roots in Punjab)
Navjot Sidhu
Harbhajan
Yuvraj
Mohinder Amarnath
Bedi (played for Delhi but roots in Punjab)
Gill (upcoming prospect)

That's not a bad list considering a few ATG in that list

1983 WC Finals Team had 5 players in the Final of Punjabi roots: Kapil, Mohinder Amarnath, Yashpal Sharma, Madan Lal, Sandhu

Informative thanks....  Knew about Raina's JK roots included him in wider Punjab- Delhi belt.  Mirpuri,  Dogri/Pahadi is a Punjabi dialect & sister language almost. 

Suspected that 83 team had lot of Punjabis after watching the movie.
