Depends on team selection.

If we get young players to audition for the T20 WC..it might be a tough fight, may even lose series. But will take a step in right direction.

 

If the same old failures are selected, we will roll over Aussies easily, PR machinery will get activated and it will all crash down post T20 WC 2024.

Basically they didn't look at SMAT performance and just selected the previous choices, no matter how worse and out of form they were.

In a way it's good that Bhuvneshwar & Siddharth Kaul didn't make it, but Mukesh who was smashed brutally in SMAT also got selected. 

 

Not sure now what's the point of domestic tournaments.

Hope Rinku and Jitesh get to play every game. Disappointed Kuldip Sen and Harshit Rana were not selected. Don't have any faith in Avesh, Mukesh, Prasidh and Axar.
