Russia has suffered massive losses against a much smaller military ( Ukraine is much lesser  military power than Pak ) , Israel has suffered losses too.

 

But they know how to manage the media game. We had also created a perception that Rafales ( if we have lost 1-2) are infallible. 
 

Heck F35 is fallible. 
 

The ultimate humiliation like I said would have been brutal elimination in an air raid of well know 3 star generals and parading it in the media.

Just two days ago there was a rumour that PAF jet was down and everyone was sharing the news and hoping it was true. If losing jets is so inconsequential, then why was everyone so excited about Pakistan losing one? Losing jets regularly to much inferior airforce is definitely a concern, one rafale for 26 terrorists is not an equal bargain, we will runout of jets faster than Paakis run out of terrorists, they can raise 1000 more terrorists mext month, can we get 15 more rafales next month?

 

Maybe GOI should understand that IAF cannot be counted on offensive strikes and let them stick to defence

People just care and trust more what pakistani and unverified media claims has to say then being patient and hearing from trusted source like MOD or Defence people who actually carried out this attack. Trust no politician but trust our army, they are thorough professional though they dont accept lost planes directly but they gave hints about it. But we should be looking at positives and whether we did what we wanted to do or not!!
