I am certainly happy that India's decision makers have better sense than netizens.

This choo logic of another 2-3 days has no meaning. Fact is that Russia is still in war after 2 years. Fact is that it was a trap. I am glad India didn't fall for it.

Pakistan will not be broken through conventional war. But we will get broken for sure.

Exactly, the days of blitzkrieg style advances are over. warefare has changed, it will be attritional urabn warfare.

India would be better off bumping off HVTs, keeping Pak unstable through diplomatic (IWT) & occasional military actions when required.

Had we stopped after bombing 90% of their hangars and stationary planes and some missile and radar facilities, ir would have made sense. We were pushed into pausing the operation.

What we asked in return of pausing it, I can’t guess. But as soon as US trade deal is finalised, Won’t be surprised it all starts again.

we have to remove their aerial ability.

I don't see it this way. I think the govt didn't want an escalation & had no plans to disable Pak's ability to fight.

if Pak hadn't retaliated after day 1, the fighting would have stopped. But the ychose to shell & send drones, India responded by its own drone attacks.

they continued with it, & sent some missiles too. India responded by striking their Airbases. Look at how precise this action was, we hit runways & hangers with such precision that if was our interntion take out their entire air bases we could have, but we have not, why? because it was never our aim to take out PAF. We always wanted it to stop but wanted to own the escalation ladder & pak to come to us for the stop ot they just stop retaliating.

The calling of the ceasefire as a pause is just messaging.

No. I haven’t heard anywhere on media or youtube but below is what I suspect.

A key thing which they all are ignoring is just recently, US upgraded Pakistani F-16. We don’t know why. Best guess , Its for Iran.

Now, You see why US is interested to save the Pakistani Guns.

India has no friends, nobody stands by it 100%. Of all countries, only France and Israel has stood up for India in the last 50 odd  years

Was reading statements by the government of Iran. The map they use for India shows entire J&K as a part of India.

Iran and Afghanistan are the two nations we need the most when dealing with Pakistan. They both have poor relations with Pakistan and could launch attacks of their own at the time of an India Pak conflict. Not that far fetched.

That said, we don’t really need them.

Agree. They are the first Islamic countries to support India on Kashmir. Despite all their support to Hezbollah and Hamas, India needs to keep close relations with Iran for  strategic needs against Pakistan.  More power to @velu
