While there are no negative emotions from the general public against Pak artists/actors in India, banning them is a right step because that's how diplomacy works.

Ideally they should have condemned the attacks, but since Pakistan is a dysfunctional state where Sharif is just a proxy leader and it is the army which runs the country, I guess they took a safety first approach of not condemning the attacks.
