Great news.....also having x factor along with the "K" factor seems to be benefiting Rahul immensely :p: under Kumble(K does not stand for Kohli or Kumble-take a guess :phehe:)but  awesome  for the team so will leave it at that

^ K-umble will go to great lengths for K-arnataka players?

KLR is a good bat, its just one innings, he will come good.

It is two now. KLR is batting these days more like a T20 basher/slogger..

Has always done well in the last 5-6 seasons. Issues are: how will he handle short balls outside off and his keeping.

Test XI for Mohali?

Murli

Rahul

Pujara

Kohli

Rahane

Parthiv

Ashwin

Jayant

Jadeja

Umesh/Bhuvi

Shami

Really torn about Umesh vs Bhuvi.  Tough call there.  Rest is automatic.  Unless Mohali is miraculously a seamer's paradise, which is unlikely.  In that case drop Jayant and play both.

England's best XI ?

Cook

Hameed

Root

Bairstow

Ali

Stokes

Buttler (Make him keep all the time, or after 5 wickets down)

Woakes

Rashid

Finn/Broad

Anderson

If Broad is fit, that would be England's best foot forward - and a quality opposition for India to handle.

Not sure if Papppu should bat ahead of Ashwin or Jayant.
