if africans dont go behind trying to hit and play straight and score less against the two spinners ..they can play but they dont like to play straight ...they wanna hit in the sky- thats rubbish, our coach used to scream at us if we got out in the deep hitting, he did want us to hit but hit with distance else play on the ground.

i would blame their coaches as they are not training them well.

They can't play because they are reading the spin after pitching, if the same ball does two things from same spot what chance do you have as batsmen if you are reacting.

If a fast bowler lands two balls on same spot and bowls one inswinger and the other outswinger, as a batsman if you can't pick you don't have any chance.

They are hitting in the sky because they are thinking one thing and ball is doing another thing.

They are not bad, they are being made to look bad. Let any other side including Aussies tour here they will be losing this series.

More than Kohli it is spin twins who are the real heros. They are making these batsmen look silly.

Agree, spinners are the key here. Also we should not get carried away with this. Other teams will play better than this for sure. Big let down by SA batsman though. They need to up their ante next series if they want to be relevant in world cricket.

The best part is Kohli can do all this alongside the pressure of captaincy. Sachin would not be able to do 1% of what Virat is doing.

Kohli singlehandedly winning series in RSA which sachin could never do:cantstop: Let's not even talk about his flop captaincy..

Kohli is miles ahead.. only sachin chamchas won't agree with that.

Still dnt get it why are Sa dishing us such pitches. Give seamer friendly tracks n play to ur strength

M wondering, By the time Australia comes how dry wud be the surfaces

Because bowler dominated ODIs are out of fashion and have been for years. High scoring matches keep alive the format.

What absolute stupidity in making Markram Captain

Guy must be totally demoralised as a young player trying hard to set up his career. He seems a promising young player but if he loses form and gets dropped you have ended a career.

It was time for senior guy like Amla to step up calm things.

Wonder why no one is criticizing this decision. He may turn out to be a Graeme Smith but this is bizarre thinking
