Middle order is hardly tested would make no sense to drop someone now. If rahul had to play it should have been bit early now i feel they have some plan with these players maybe to kick finally after failure here or in final.

Rohit has not yet entered beat mode. Dhawan wont get out without a 100. Rayudu willl score in one of the game may be wont get enough time to make a big one. 

So we have Afg game + Final 

 

If Rahul plays in Afg game he will make a ton, and Rohit might enter beast mode in final then.
