ShoonyaSifar Posted February 3, 2019 Posted February 3, 2019 Will be Umesh Yadav. Khaleel hasn’t quite grabbed his chance in Aus-NZ and Siraj isn’t a LOI bowler. Umesh is competing with Shardul Thakur, who I think will get tried out in ODIs vs Aus in India.

But i am pretty sure if that happens , India will go with 2 pacers + HP + 2 spinners rather then an uncertian 4th pacer. Thts is very sure to happen. I wud not count out chahar n thakur chances as well , kaul also has a chance in t20s but they all are below avg options

We'll mostly go with three seamers for the WC.. and play only two in the XI most of the times... they'll rotate Bhuvi, Shami and keep Bumrah as a certainty. If Shankar makes it to the squad, then Pandya and Shankar are the other two fast/medium pace options we'll take flamy 1

Regressed or wasn't good enough? We love to hype our bowlers based on domestic or A tours. But internationals are a different beast altogether.
