He was given full authority, even the coach was removed because of his arrogance. Backed TTFs instead of grooming young players and this is the result. Just look at the state of RCB. The pressure of huge expectations, captaining in all formats, a good for nothing coach all have been getting too much on him. The same Kohli who scored 50 ball 100s in chasing is no where to be seen now a days.
