Smith averages almost 80 vs him. He was weak vs broad though but has scored against him too.

My bet is bumrah or rabada but if it's asian conditions jadeja and hearth can do the job as well.

His average drops massively against left arm spinners, so Jadeja would be my pick. But he is so sensible as a cricketer that he doesn't have a glaring weakness for a particular length, also uses the crease very well to his advantage.

A good spinner, especially a left-hander. An express bowler with a good bouncer is dangerous for anyone.

 

A question is if his technique will hold up as his reflexes decline, as he isn't exactly compact technique-wise.

The ban has completely triggered the animal of a batsman in him. It is as if in his mind everytime he's going out to bat it could be the last time. He's making truckload of runs to show why test cricket would be poor without him.
