G_B_ Posted September 20, 2020 Posted September 20, 2020 Was very rusty yesterday. Which is too be expected. But do you think he can make it by the time Aus tour is there?
Rasgulla Posted September 20, 2020 Posted September 20, 2020 He ll be back. Keep performing like this for bambani team and save your best for sergio04, Vilander, speedheat and 1 other 3 1
rkt.india Posted September 20, 2020 Posted September 20, 2020 (edited) Bumrah has never been exceptional in IPL, takes it easy. Edited September 20, 2020 by rkt.india
Suhaan Posted September 20, 2020 Posted September 20, 2020 Bumrah 79 matches 84 wickets,not earth shattering
G_B_ Posted September 20, 2020 Author Posted September 20, 2020 I do feel in loi he needs to add a degree of vareity. Batsman expect yorker length
jalebi_bhai Posted September 20, 2020 Posted September 20, 2020 He's been off colour since NZ tour. Agree with geebz, needs to add variety. beetle, sergio04, G_B_ and 1 other 1 3
Real McCoy Posted September 20, 2020 Posted September 20, 2020 Bumrah needs more game time to develop rhythm. ipl is not gonna be a good prep. Needs to play some ranji games to prepare for the aus test series. Norman and express bowling 2
zen Posted September 20, 2020 Posted September 20, 2020 Unfortunately, does not appear to be the same bowler anymore .... novelty factor could be wearing off .... would needs to work hard to get his mojo back .... talented cricketer so hoping that he will come back strongly Norman, sergio04 and Nikola 2 1
express bowling Posted September 20, 2020 Posted September 20, 2020 Bumrah would be back to his best the moment he starts bowling wicket taking lines and lengths ... like he did from mid 2017 to August 2019, before his back injury. After injury, he is bowling more defensively ... And I believe he will spot this issue soon and change this as he is an intelligent guy. MechEng and Mosher 2
cricketfan28 Posted September 20, 2020 Posted September 20, 2020 he will get back. speedheat and express bowling 1 1
Austin 3:!6 Posted September 20, 2020 Posted September 20, 2020 I am genuinely worried about Bumrah. He does not look the same bowler he was pre injury. If he does not regain his form back, we may as well call off the Australia tour.Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk

Honestly, give Bumrah the duke ball with a thick seam and watch him sending stumps flying. Bumrah rarely swings the ball, he's hit the deck seam bowler.
MechEng Posted September 20, 2020 Posted September 20, 2020 (edited) Steyn got hammered in IPL games too, yet it never affected his test cricket bowling. Edited September 20, 2020 by MechEng
Laaloo Posted September 23, 2020 Posted September 23, 2020 Looking like the old bumrah today with brilliant variations
speedheat Posted September 23, 2020 Posted September 23, 2020 Completely different bowler today, pace is back, yorker is back, grunt is back.
Laaloo Posted September 23, 2020 Posted September 23, 2020 Horrible last over so far though speedheat 1
raki05 Posted September 23, 2020 Posted September 23, 2020 He has this sir aggi vibes when getting carted away.
Austin 3:!6 Posted September 23, 2020 Posted September 23, 2020 He is no longer able to bowl those pin point yorkers like before. Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk sergio04 1
Suhaan Posted September 23, 2020 Posted September 23, 2020 Yaar t20 hai,no bowler gets spared It was more like Thalas 3 sixes yesterday when it was already lost, didn't mean he still is the best finisher he once was Match was won, Bumrah dropped guard against Cummins, didn't think he will hit him for 4 sixes Stan AF, Mosher, Norman and 1 other 1 3
