There are better bowlers than Leach in England. Umesh, Pissant are not better than Ashwin in India.

he's made 50.40,30. Reason these scores were not bigger and his average because he was batting with tail and had to swing his bat.

 

Anyway what I meant is he's not biggest worry and Ashwin for him would weaken batting.

Are you in the stadium? Every SKY commentator were literally shocked that Ashwin is not playing. Nasser even told on air that Kohli being adamant.

 

Its cold today but we are in september and oval normally turns on day4/5. 

 

It was a blunder not to select Ashwin but cricket is not the reason he is being benched.

I am not sure about Ashwin after seeing how the ball is behaving, but still he is a champion bowler. 

Although this argument of including him based on surrey vs Som on rank turner is pure BS.
