QuarantineTormentino Posted October 9, 2021 Posted October 9, 2021 Maybe it’s pettiness or maybe it’s just an error, who cares. Let’s not break our head over semantics. Just trash them in the match and move on Sean Bradley, sorak, maniac and 1 other 4

Even if it's pettiness, who cares about pettiness from a absolute nobody in international cricket. saik, QuarantineTormentino and sandeep 3

Austin 3:!6 Posted October 9, 2021 Posted October 9, 2021 But cant ICC force them to correct it? They simply cant put any name they want since its an ICC event.

And ghanta error...lol QuarantineTormentino 1
Norman Posted October 9, 2021 Posted October 9, 2021 Who cares? They can put Uganda for all I care. We shouldn't stoop to their level of getting worked up by insignificant things. Their entire existence is for one reason and one reason alone...to spite India in whatever way possible. So no surprises really. Just play them, maul them and move on..

That depends, unless they just want to go rogue & defy ICC it will probably be fixed before the tournament starts.

Thats not correct. ICC has a code about jersey. You cant just put anything apart from ICC approved sponsors and tournament related stuff . ICC has to approve what goes on the jersey. Should fine handsomely and since PCB is running on Indian money (as per Ramiz Raja)...they should not mind mishra 1
RedFever Posted October 9, 2021 Posted October 9, 2021 Shouldn't they be disqaulified from playing if they are not able to correct it before the first match, you can't just show up with any random thing written on the jersey in an ICC event. mishra 1
Adamant Posted October 9, 2021 Posted October 9, 2021 Definitely not an error. Petty politics, these are the same guys who talk about not mixing politics with sports. Suhaan, Austin 3:!6 and mishra 3
express bowling Posted October 9, 2021 Posted October 9, 2021 There should be a limit to stupidity .... But looks like there isn't. Suhaan, diga and mishra 1 2
Suhaan Posted October 9, 2021 Posted October 9, 2021 (edited) Indians should flaunt there's with "OM PRAKASH MISHRA 2021",a separate jersey offcourse Edited October 9, 2021 by Suhaan mishra 1
sandeep Posted October 9, 2021 Posted October 9, 2021 Its petty, and par for the course when it comes to greenbros. I'm old enough to remember how they "accidentally" printed Indian flag upside down on tickets when India toured Pakistan in 2003. It was a Chewt low-class move then, no different now. But that is what impotents are reduced to, meaningless low-class moves like this. This will actually cost the PCB more money to get new shirts done, but some babu somewhere did it to showcase how "patriotic" he is. And its likely that folks around him are likely to give his 'patriotism' a pass, instead of calling out his incompetence. But again, this is par for the course in our neighboring country - dudes can commit straight up crimes and frauds, and get off the hook just by talking smack about India. That "chooran" sells very well in their homeland, and they know it. Jay, mishra and Norman 1 1 1
