He was pretending. A Drama Queen…both Pandya bros are unreliable, untrustworthy, selfish, only care about their own image. Both of them are not team players and are full of themselves.

TM also need to use Pandya to tonk spinners and upset the opposition plans, the guy is not in form and we cant expect him to rack up runs at the death against high pace, but what he can do even if out of form is bash trundlers and spin, so use him in the middle overs rather than having some nonsense template where he will bat only between overs 16 and 20.

He's been 'injured' for ever now. Since April, he hasn't bowled. 

 

Why pick him as an all rounder, when he won't bowl and he would bat after Jadeja? Might as well have picked V Iyer.

 

Hopefully H Pandya can show the form he did last IPL for  . But I'm not too optimistic.

He is another Vinod Kambli / L Sivaramakrishnan.  Cannot handle new money and fame.

 

Ishan should play in place of him. But Kohli is obsessed with what Pandya can do, the terrible judge that he is.

Rather than blaming Hardik, let's blame the actual culprit, hypocrite Kohli.

 

Atleast practice what you preach, no point giving interviews that fitness is one if your non-negotiable's and end up picking a barely fit Pandya and Bhuvi.

 

Fairly certain if Ashwin had even a slight niggle, he would use it as an excuse to drop him, similar to how Rohit was dropped for the Australian white ball series

Tewatia hit the west Indian international bowler for 4-5 sixes in an over as well  -   Should we give him a lifetime membership in the Indian Playing 11 as well ?  

At this point honestly, I'd take tewatia over pandya as well - atleast dude can bowl 2-3 overs out

Tewatia is also a fighter. He is a warrior. Never gives up. He is clutch. Thakur and him. People mock them but they are good players with upside.

I supported his inclusion. Watched IPL and warmups and last match. He is woefully out of form, seems to be scratching and has a weird stance . Now, he couldn’t field as well. See more utility in Ishan than him now
