There were some morons who were saying Kohli is jealous of this guy.Even on his best day he is not threat to Kohli in any format.

Kohli does have a history of benching talented youngsters to the point of frustration. Rahul, Pant and Gill have suffered this fate. The same Rahul who is now the butt of ridicule scored test century in South Africa as well as England whereas Kohli struggled big time. So he does have one format where he has been way better than Kohli in recent times. And on his best day he plays some unbelievable shots possible only for a player of outstanding talent.

That is utter nonsense. As a captain he was entitled to pick his team like Rohit is entitled now. Kohli generally struggled in all formats but Rahul even when he is in form never translated that form to whole series. That is why Rahul is very medicore batsmen in all formats. Kohli is ATG .This notion that he was ever more talented in anything  than Kohli was a bogus myth.
