How many months of rope will this 59 from Pujara give him?

Hopefully longer than whatever Coolie gets?

Cannot have 2 different standards for 2 similar batsmen.

Which is why we've been stuck with lots of bad batsman in the last 2-3 years. Because as long as Kohli is playing poorly they all get a shield

It's the exact opposite, BRat gets a longer rope because other oldies are supposedly worse! In the 2-2.5 years just prior to the Eng 2021 series Rahane had a better avg than Brat & also won us the tour to Oz & yet Kohli walked straight back in as cap, can you tell why?

How many matches should Rohit get as a captain after this series. He is looking more like useless Dhoni who ran out of ideas when his spinners could not take wickets,

What wrong did bowlers do today? They collapsed australia's batting early in morning. Rohit's move to bring umesh seemed successful as well. Wins against australia are not easy to come and rohit already has 2 which is just 1 less than kohli has against australia in his whole 8-9 years of captaincy career.

You can make a monkey captain the team in India and we will still win a lot of games. Where is the accountability for player non-performance? Why hasn't he kicked out Pujara and Kohli yet despite consistent bad performances? Why didn't he rejig the battting order to allow Axar Patel who has been our best batsman under these conditions to bat more? Why didn't he try a different batting order?

The only reason KL Rahul got left out was due to the massive pressure from the media and the public in general. Water had gone above head level. Had there been less coverage in the media, KL would have also continued in the XI as usual. Rohit's captaincy seems all about giving everyone (except Kuldeep Yadav) countless opportunities and there is no accountability for non performance.

The Madness that is Indian Cricket, is that Kuldeep should come in for Axar who hasnt bowled well at all, but because he is our best batsmen he must play.

Kohli will have failed every innings this series and yet will still play for India, its unbelievable. Thats not even counting is dropped catches.

If you count the runs cost by dropped catches, then Kohli's average will go in negative territory
