We should not criticize them too much  now especially when they are down.

 

They lost only one match out of 11.   Some memories of bowling blitzes and  batting heroics to remember. 
 

From toss to dew to no reverse swing for India and difficult batting conditions for us.  It was just not meant to be.

We lost because Aus had prepared well for all eventualities  while we just went through as most of the players came to form but plan wise do not think 

TM anticipated & prepared for  the type of bowling Aus pacers would on a slow tacky wicket even though  everyone knew it will a slow & low pitch.

You can't just throw out the whole team just coz they lost one match, even though it was the all important Final. That will be stupid and knee jerk. Just before this final everyone was going gaga over the same team and now they want to throw them out lol. 

 

Identify the weak links & over the hill players, and replace them.

This is one aspect in which we are far far behind Australia. They easily get a bonus of 20 runs over us due to this.

You cannot make bumrah siraj kuldeep shami acrobatic fielders even if you try next 10 yrs. We have to accept it and make it up by making them safe fielders. Arshdeep will be another one who should be told to be safe.

Everyone can improve if they try hard enough.

 

BCCI needs to give a clear cut message to all youngsters that they need to work on their fielding if they dream to play for India.

 

These IPL youngsters are so rich that they can afford personal fielding coaches on their own. BCCI has to crack a whip.
