maniac
I mean that as a compliment. I like Zaman as a batsman. Same hitting style from Dube. nevada

vvvslaxman
I don't think Dube sucks against pace. He has improved. Just he is not as belligerent. Our all the "pace bowler" specialists cost world cup after world cup because they run into a guy like santner. Santner's world T20 economy against India is 3.5 ! Think about it. putrevus
Fakhar is lot more explosive and far better batsman than Dube.On his day he can win matches by himself against any team. Edited April 8 by putrevus Sgattick10
Lone Wolf
Fakhar not as muscular and Taller like Dube but better player of pace. Spin game is similar.

Some of the sixes he hit were really good balls for other batsmen. He just extended his reach to convert it into a hittable deliveries. Something we need badly in our line up where batsmen's first instinct to cover the stumps and dink for singles against spinners especially left arm spinner. Kohli's strike rate against left arm spinner this season is 84. Vk1 and nevada
deepdynamo
On current form, Dube is a must for team India. A top 7 for the windies world cup. Trust Pandya/Dube/Jaiswal to cover up for the 5 bowler. Rohit Jaiswal Kohli Sky Dube Pandya Rinku I repeat again. We cannot go with Axar/Jadeja at no. 7 and then 4 bowler. That will end up in disaster. So if Rohit, Kohli & Pandya are undroppable, surround them with Jaiswal, Sky, Dube and Rinku.

Where is your sixth bowling option? You need five bowlers plus the guys you mentioned. How many of those guys are even bowling in IPL.

Nikhil_cric
Dube is actually stronger against spin. Fakhar can't destroy spin on a slow pitch . Also struggles against pace on a good length. However , Fakhar is an overall better player no doubt.

Kron
Adamant very shortly will post by saying ," guys like dube, rinku tinku, harshit, jurel will all fail in international LOI cricket. Also sai". vvvslaxman
We had this guy named Atul bedade in the late 90s. HE was a bit like this guy. But with his height he looks more like Yuvi. singhvivek141
Gollum
Fakhar has a 190+ score in RSA. And the recent blinder against NZ in WC chasing 400. Plus FZ is clutch, even in the 2021 T20 WC SF it was him who took apart the Aussies. These two aren't even in the same galaxy, Fakhar's competition is Dhawan. putrevus, New guy, Tillu and 1 other

Jamadagni
Lol no. Fakhar is a far far better player. Dube sucks against pace. Guys like Dube, Tripathi, Tilak Verma, Nitish Rana etc suck against good pace bowing. They just have far too many limitations event though their intent is good. India have many players better than them. Indian batsmen who have no apparent weakness against pace or spin: Rohit Kohli Gill Jaiswal KL SKY Samson Riyan Parag Abhishek Sharma Ruturaj Rinku India should select their top 6 based on form from the above list. However, there should be only ONE in the XI amongst Kohli, KL and Ruturaj. Edited April 9 by Jamadagni
