vvvslaxman Posted February 24 Posted February 24 Abhishek doesn't have any more free match to return to form. He is in a must deliver situatoin. If he doesn't do well in nets will they make a call ?
AKane Posted February 24 Posted February 24 Can chewing tobacco help? Calm the nerves I mean.... baseball players do it all the time.
MK55 Posted February 25 Posted February 25 This guy needs to stop resting on his laurels. Pathetic failure when it matters.

He should be in the scheme of things, and be told exactly what he needs to fix. Keep him in the squad. Give him some time and space to work things out. Dropping should not be an affront, esp for young guys. It should be given as an opportunity to correct course. Mariyam and Lord 2

Frustrated Posted March 5 Posted March 5 (edited) He is the world's worst player of spin. So, he should be batting at no. 8. Basically, facing only pacers in death overs and should be able to smash 1 or 2 out of the park. Edited March 5 by Frustrated
The Realist Posted March 5 Posted March 5 Ishant Sharma has a better defence than Abhishek @maniac maniac 1
Ultimate_Game Posted March 5 Posted March 5 The guy needs to be dropped. He's not even using his head anymore. He's picking the lone fielder out on the boundary in PP overs! At least target the areas where there's no fielder, try to sweep, use your feet or do something different. Right now he's playing into opponents' hands and picking fielders on the boundary. No power in his shots, no timing and no awareness at all. New guy 1
wanted_desi Posted March 5 Posted March 5 He looks lost, Rinku Singh should replace him. New guy and cricspirit 1 1
