Does he have a great technique to help batsmen,bowlers etc? Only thing conclusive is he is a yes man.When has ever in the history of the world a Yes man has been beneficial? I am not Ravi Shastri fan, but I don't think he will be a simple "yes captain, sure" kind of guy. He will surelygive his inputs on selections and makenit happen. Also, team might feel good under him. At the end of the day, we want players to be playing without under pressure. Thisnis what was happening in John Wright's tenure and Kiesten's tenure. If players can play without pressure and jell well under Shastri, then I am fine. Though my first choice would be Tom Moody like I have said but I really don't care who becomes at this time.
