I know he is the top ranked bowler but its time we groom a potential talent. We have Ashwin to provide stability and experience. Link to comment

He can add batting depth and also serve as the 3rd seamer. Probably Kuldeep in place of Jaddu because Kuldeep is a bit of an unknown entity. Time to bring Pant as a batsman instead of playing Rohit Sharma. Saha can keep. Link to comment

No. We have other options which can be tried like Aniket Choudhary, which makes our attack more excitng as he is a leftie. Bumrah hasn't shown much that he can be a good test bowler. I and you may want Pant to be the back-up keeper ( especially as there are no FC matches that he will be missing ) but how much realistic chance is there of that happening ?
